The Company
Millennium Medical On-Site Testing LLC was founded
in 1999 with the goal to provide cost-effective, on-site CDL
physical exams and DOT drug testing for the Trucking Industry.
Our on-site testing makes it convenient and timely for CDL
drivers to follow Federal Highway Administration Fitness &
Compliance Regulations.
The Founder
Reuben I. Ash, M.D., Medical Review Officer
Dr. Ash has more than 20 years experience in the field of
occupational medicine. He has been a certified Medical
Review Officer (MRO) since 1997.
In addition to his family background in the construction
industry, Dr. Ash's experience in Emergency and Occupational
Medicine allows him to focus on Industrial Medicine. He is
skilled in setting up on-site locations for workers to meet
government medical qualifications and compliance laws.
